Free shipping over $200
Orders of $200 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $9.95.

Fast processing
Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping
How shipping works
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada; free shipping applies to US orders over $200, and orders to Canada ship at a flat $19.90.
- You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it from My Account → Orders.
- Large or heavy items (for example power stations, monitors or speakers) may ship separately.
Returns
How to return an item
- Email info@miredg.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
- Pack the item unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
- Once the return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Not returnable: opened software, personalized orders and items marked final sale. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
